I don’t remember when it happened. It just did. The weight just continued to climb on and next thing you know I was over 200 lbs and a size 14 was to small. Pretty much all my clothes in my closet were to small.

Getting dressed to go out to dinner with friends became so stressful. I would spend hours trying to find something that would fit. The bedroom would become a disaster of piles of of clothes that I tried on. During this process my stress level was high and I was snapping at everyone. It wasn’t fun to go out any more. I could feel the anxiety in my body.

Then when I decided I needed to drop the weight…that just added more stress. I was frustrated on not being able to drop it fast enough. I didn’t want to be a size 12 when my sisters were size 2. I was stress and sad and I wasn’t sure how I was going to make it through summer wearing a swimsuit. Then the yo-yo diet began. I try everything to lose it fast.

All I did was mess up my metabolism and gain a cortisol belly that wouldn’t go away! I saw a post on facebook. It was a before and after picture of this girl that I didn’t know she wasn’t a size two but she was someone that I could relate too. And the rest is history I been so thankful that I found her post and the cortisol cocktail!

It has helped with my stress, my sugar craving, and I lost 47 lbs & 9.5 inches off the waistline. Plus it tastes amazing!!! I am not done with my journey but I finally found something that is working and I feel great again.
